Fleet decarbonisation isn’t just about vehicles. It’s about energy infrastructure. Finance models. Driver training. Depot layouts. Maintenance capabilities. Data systems. Regulatory frameworks. Supply chain coordination. Get one wrong and the whole thing stalls.
We see this constantly. An operator gets the vehicle right but the depot grid connection takes 18 months. Or the finance works on paper but residual values are unknown so funders won’t move. Or the truck arrives and no one in the workshop has been trained on high voltage systems.
You can’t solve a systems problem with siloed thinking. 12 Pillars gives operators, funders, and policymakers a shared map so they can see where their piece fits and, critically, what’s missing either side of it.
