2025 was supposed to be a sensible year.

Instead it turned into electric HGVs on drag strips, delivery drones in live operations, digital twins running in the background, and agentic AI quietly inserting itself into workflows that used to need three people and a spreadsheet.

This video is a personal review of the last 12 months through the lens of TwentyForty. What we built, what actually worked, what surprised me, and what did not behave anything like the slide decks promised.
