Aegis Energy
Aegis Energy is a UK infrastructure company that designs and operates public multi-energy refuelling and charging hubs for commercial vehicles, including HGVs and vans. Its hubs offer a combination of high-speed electric charging, HVO, hydrogen, and bio-CNG, enabling fleet operators to decarbonise without relying solely on depot-based infrastructure. Each hub is designed to serve over 40 HGVs and 25 vans simultaneously, and is expected to reduce carbon equivalent emissions by approximately 14,300 tonnes per year. The company is developing an initial network of five stations across England, with a broader target of up to 30 hubs by the end of the decade. Its hubs also include driver welfare facilities such as parking, showers, and food provision.
